Every package is priced per van and includes the driver, gratuity, charging, the guest tracking page and dispatch. Tolls and parking are passed through at cost, never marked up. The number we quote is the number on the invoice.

Overtime $192 per van-hour, gratuity included, in 30-minute increments, agreed on the day. Most couples book two or three vans on the Classic package.
Events and tours
By the hour,
same standard.
Events are $160 per van-hour with a 3-hour minimum, plus a $80 charging fee and 20% gratuity on the hourly charge. Standing and repeat bookings get a standing rate.
If your pickup is a long way from our lots, we add the empty drive there and back at $35 per hour, shown as its own line on the quote.

Terms, in plain language
No small print
to find later.
- Notice
- We need at least 72 hours’ notice. For a Saturday in peak season, six to nine months is wiser.
- Deposit and balance
- A deposit holds your date. Your quote states the balance date and cancellation tiers before you sign.
- Changes
- Times, stops and guest counts can change as your plan firms up. Adding a van is subject to availability.
- Weather
- We run in rain and snow. If roads are closed by the state or county, we reschedule or refund in full.
- Airport trips
- We don’t take airport trips; Shuttlebee doesn’t hold Pennsylvania authority for airport service.
