Wedding guest shuttles · Greater Philadelphia
Every guest there.
Every time.
From the first look to the last call, one team runs your transportation: a named driver in every van, a dispatcher watching the map, and a backup van staged nearby. Here is how a Shuttlebee wedding day runs.
The legs of your day
One plan, from first look
to last call.
2:30 pm
Getting ready and first look
A dedicated VIP van for the wedding party, parents and grandparents. Quiet, cool and on your schedule, not the guests’. Room for the dress, the garment bags and the photographer.
4:15 pm
Hotel to ceremony
A continuous loop from your hotel block starting 75 minutes before the ceremony. Guests scan the QR card in the lobby, see the next van’s ETA, and get a text when it is five minutes out.
6:30 pm
Ceremony to reception
If your venues are more than a few minutes apart, we run every guest across in one or two loops while you take portraits. No one is in the parking lot wondering which way to turn.
9:30 pm
Late-night return
Return loops from the reception begin before dessert and run until last call. Guests who want to leave early tap to request a ride; the dispatcher sends the next van.
Friday
Rehearsal dinner and welcome party
The same vans and drivers the night before, so your family already knows the faces on Saturday.
Sunday
Sunday brunch
Morning loops from the hotel to brunch and back, so the weekend ends as smoothly as it started.
How many vans do you need?
Enough seats for half
your hotel, in one loop.
The number you need depends on how many guests are at the hotel, how far apart the venues are, and how long you want the pickup window to be.

FAQ
Questions couples
ask first.
How far ahead should we book?
Six to nine months for a Saturday in May, June, September or October; three to four months for other dates. Three vans is a small fleet, so once a Saturday is held it’s held. Check your date and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s open.
What does it cost?
Our Classic wedding package is $1,040 per van for five hours, with your driver’s gratuity and charging included. Tolls and parking are billed at cost, never marked up. Most couples book two or three vans. See Pricing for all three packages.
How much is the deposit, and what if we cancel?
A deposit holds your date, and your quote states the balance date and cancellation terms in plain language before you sign anything. If we ever cancel on you, you get a full refund and we find you a replacement.
What happens if the night runs long?
Your driver checks with your planner or point person before the package ends. Overtime is $192 per van-hour, gratuity included, in 30-minute increments, agreed on the spot and never a surprise on the invoice.
Can guests drink on the shuttle?
We’ll confirm our on-board policy with your quote. Either way, we’ll happily carry the champagne to the reception and keep water on board.
What if it rains or snows?
We run in rain and snow. If the state or county closes roads, we reschedule or refund in full. Our dispatcher watches the weather from the morning and adjusts pickup windows if the drive slows.
